6 Months and Going Strong
Having smoked twenty a day for the better part of 10 years, in August 2008 I decided to try another way of giving up. I had tried to give up in the past using different techniques, cold turkey, nicotene patches, gum etc. without long-term success. It wasn't that I couldn't give up, but more that I didn't want to.
Queue the E-Cigarette a.k.a the E-Cig, a new invention that is a tobacco-free, tar-free alternative to cigarettes!
The e-cigarette looks, feels and tastes like an ordinary cigarette, but it is healthier, can be "smoked" in the office, is odour free, and is much cheaper than smoking real cigarettes.
I have not touched a regular cigarette in 6 months now and I feel much better for it. Considering my weekly cigarette spend was around £40 and I'm currently spending around £10 per month on my e-cig supplies I've saved a tidy £900+ since giving up.

great product, i have tried a few and was more happy with one then the other based on Performance, and vapor production.
